HDPE Geomembrane Smooth Introduction
A HDPE geomembrane smooth is very low permeability synthetic membrane liner or barrier with smooth surface. It can be used solely or with any geotechnical engineering related material so as to control fluid (or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or system.
The manufacturing of HDPE geomembrane smooth begins with the production of the raw materials, which mainly include the HDPE polymer resin, and various additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agent, UV absorber, and other adjuvant. The HDPE resin and additives ratio is 97.5:2.5.

Feature and Advantage
1. Quite low permeability with high anti-seepage ratio (water vapour permeability ≤1.0×10-13 g•cm(cm2)•pa);

1. The above size is our most ordinary size. Other size can be available or be custom. The maximum width of 0.25mm or thinner geomembrane is 7.5m and the remained one is 8m. The length can be 100, 105, 140, 210, 400, 800 or other. To fit the container length, the width will be made into 5.8m or 5.7m, especially for 20'container loading.
2. Black color is the most popular color for HDPE geomembrane smooth product in the world and has the best anti-UV property compared with other color products. Other color can be custom. |
